User
A person who accepted the terms of TibiaChars.com and registered its account on the webpage.
Seller
A user who wants to sell his Tibia character using this auction service.
Buyer
A user who wants to buy his Tibia character using this auction service.
Auction
A form of deal between a seller and a buyer.
II. General Agreements
1. TibiaChars.com is not responsible for safety of selling nor buying the characters or any other items from its users.
2. The main purpose of TibiaChars.com is to help Tibia players to find a seller or a buyer of Tibia characters.
3. TibiaChars.com does not charge any cash for creating an auction. Creating more than 1 auction at the same time is not possible, until another one is finished. In case of having more than 1 auction at the same time or an auction promotion, e.g. by a bold text, highlight, top of the page or main page, etc. TibiaChars.com accepts donations.
4. Authors of TibiaChars.com are not responsible for any damages done by the users of the service.
5. A seller and a buyer are obligated to contact each other to finish the deal after the auction is over.
6. Both, a buyer and a seller, accept the fact that their personal information will be sent to each of them, after the won auction.
7. You may only sell Tibia characters using this service. Selling Tibia gold or any other items related or not to Tibia is not possible.

How much does it cost to create an auction?
There is no payment for creating an auction. The service is free to use.
How can I be sure that I will not get scammed by a seller/buyer?
You can't. TibiaChars.com does not secure the deals in any way. A buyer and a seller take the risk by trusting each other.
What is a comment system? What is it for?
After someone sells a character or buys it, users comment the deal with each other. Thanks to that comments you can see whether someone already sold some character and what's his comments.
I have got a problem with another user and I have got a proof of terms violation, what can I do?
You can contact us and we will investigate that case.
How can I sell my Tibia character?
You should create an account in our service and then create an auction with the character.
